Luncheon Reservation Form

WCBA Luncheon tickets cost $20 for lunch reservations that are prepaid by credit card or check. $25 for reservations not paid in advance. Cancellations will be honored with a credit for upcoming luncheon. No shows will be charged. Price includes CLE credit if any. Firms/agencies may combine reservations for payment.
